Please note that our processing time may take up to 1-2 business days before your order is shipped out. Once it's on its way, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping to be completed and for your package to arrive at its destination. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control once the package is shipped out. Return & Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind that it is imperative to initiate the return process within 15 days from the day you received the package. Additionally, we regret to inform you that items with removed hygiene stickers or those purchased during a sale event cannot be returned. We kindly request you to contact us immediately if you intend to initiate a return process.
